TL;DR
Problem
A counselling practice needed bookings, payments and video sessions across three services — mental health, dietetics and Ayurveda — without paying for premium automation add-ons.
What I built
A WordPress + Amelia platform with custom scripts. When a payment succeeds, they create the Google Meet link, add calendar events for the client and the counsellor, issue an invoice, and send a reminder 30 minutes before the session.
Result
A live platform with onboarded counsellors and active session bookings.
